For our client, prestigious italian IT company with offices in Poland (Katowice), we are looking for:

IT System Analyst

Main responsibilities:

• 2nd line support for MES applications installed in our customers' plants producing engines and transmissions and for Quality application collecting traceability data from Assembly plants of our customer
• Ticket Management (Drive IT as ticketing tool used with the customer / Visual Studio as internal ticketing tool)
• Providing Workaround to the customer (when applicable)
• Resolution of the support / incident tickets
• Analysis of the problems before escalating the ticket to 3rd line
• 1st line support for applications supporting logistics processes
• Taking in charge the tickets created on JIRA or creating tickets in DriveIT ticketing tool
• Performing pre-analysis before escalating the ticket to the 2nd line, responsible to maintain the code and for bug fixing

Requirements:

• Availability to work on shifts
• Knowledge of Italian and English language
• Knowledge of PL/SQL programming - nice to have
• Knowledge of ticketing tool and the experience in ITIL processes - nice to have
• Interpersonal skills and teamwork skills
