As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of your region, driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Products and Clients:
- Batteries, cabling, busbar processing, cable connectors
- Clients: manufacturers of wiring harnesses and transformers
馃З What We're Looking For:
DACH Region
- B2B sales experience with a focus on business development
- Established network in the electrical/energy industry
- Fluent German (C1/C2); Fluent Polish (C2),
- Fluent English will be an advantage
- Self-starter, independent, and goal-driven
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to establish and expand operations
Balkan Region
- B2B sales experience with a proven track record in business development
- Strong network in the electrical/energy sector
- Fluent Romanian and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to establish and expand operations
