Currently for our client we are looking for:
Customer Service Specialist with English/ German/ Italian/ Spanish/ French
The ideal candidate will have following skills and attributes:
- The daily execution of customer orders in SAP & e-commerce portal
- Coordination of the entire order delivery process in SAP: master data, pricing, availability, changes, deliveries, incidents
- Delivery management and daily contact with mother plants located in Europe
- Export knowledge and sea container process would be an advantage
- Claim management including returns from EMEA locations
- Management of invoices and credit/debit notes;
- Price maintenance
- Bonus & commission calculations
- Timely responding to various queries and ad-hoc requests affiliated with order management, Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents
- Building long-term relations with customers and internal stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Very good knowledge of English/ German/ Italian/ Spanish/ French
- Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, Planning / stock replenishment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Team work and problem-solving attitude
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
- Very strong communication skills and pro-client attitude
